Holi is the festival of Spring, and Spring signifies freshness, beauty and being young.
It is also a festival of colors, and people (over-) paint each other.
In some places of India, people Roast Barley seeds over a fire and eat them to somehow predict the comming harvests food quality. By the way... Hi!
